Your audience would most probably be an employee who works in the front-end of the store,facing the customer. So the training needs to be designed as such to help them deal with customer queries, searches, feedback and complaints. Empathy is the key here as your audience are the ones who 'face the music' - every time!

En primer lugar, entender bien lo que nos quieren preguntar. Nunca dar por hecho. No hay nada peor que lanzarse a hablar sin saber exactamente lo que quiere decir el otro. A partir de ahí, agradecer las preguntas, que siempre son un síntoma de interés. Podemos aplicar la técnica del embudo para descomponer la pregunta, si fuera preciso y poder así ir eliminando aspectos relacionados, que a lo mejor no representan objeción o duda alguna, para así reducir la cuestión al núcleo objeto de nuestra respuesta.

Existen varios puntos importante como estrategia: 1.- Ser un experto en la materia ( el más preparado sobre el producto) 2.- Alta Capacidad de escucha y comprensión 3.- Empatía ( capacidad para ponerse en el lugar de la persona que pregunta ) 4.- Entender y Conocer a la persona que pregunta para poder abordarlo con múltiples canales de comunicación ( Visual , escucha , Tocar etc ). 5.- Parafrasear la pregunta o Inquietud, para estar seguro como capacitador de la pregunta o duda y así poder abordarla correctamente. 6.- Con escucha activa y comprensión , asegurarse que la persona , entendió de forma correcta la respuesta a su inquietud.
