VALUE PROPOSITION COMPLEXITY might increase when the newly extended value proposition requires poorly related capabilities for its delivery. CLIENT COMPLEXITY might increase when targeting new segments, geographies, or distribution channels as it multiplies the centers of gravity of the firm. INFRASTRUCTURE COMPLEXITY might increase in the case of vertical or horizontal integration M&As.
