We need to quit jumping on the wage price war (at least in healthcare) …no one in the market wins long term. I suggest by reciprocating with off time credit at their manageable discretion in the future or investment in the person. What are their goals? Be a part of them achieving that. Invest in the person, not their bank account. This keeps them growing roots with you.
