I focus on keeping their spirits up. I remind them that every "no" brings them closer to the right opportunity. We’ll analyze feedback from interviews and refine their approach together. I encourage them to celebrate small wins, network more, and stay positive. By reinforcing their strengths and reminding them of their value, I aim to help them maintain motivation and resilience during this challenging time.

Rejection means that you were not meant for the job. OR you are meant for something different and may be more important which will shape your life further. For success, everyone needs: - a lot of Hardwork and - a bit of luck. Hardwork is in our hands. Put your best food forward. Luck is NOT in our hands. So wait for the luck to be in your favour. Also, as my boss says. Everyone is born with 20% luck. If you try for 5 times, your success is 100% assured. So be remain committed and wait for your Luck.

Rejection hurts. It's okay to feel those feelings -- take a couple days off the search, reach out to good friends, reboot with some self-care. By rebuilding strength, it's easy to return to the next job application or networking opportunity. The job application process can be an emotional roller coaster, so taking care of yourself is KEY -- and allows you to tweak, pivot, adjust and keep going. YOU GOT THIS.

Rejection is a natural part of an application process. Each rejection is an opportunity to further fine tune job applications, search strategies and career targets. If the rejection comes after an interview consider it also a win that you received an interview as there are many who did not. It isn't about getting a lot of offers, it is about getting that one right offer.

Rejection can sting, but it doesn't define your worth or future. Early in my career, I faced rejection after rejection, questioning my abilities. But I realized every "no" was a stepping stone to my eventual "yes." Each rejection is feedback—what can you refine, how can you approach things differently? Persistence, self-reflection, and resilience are your greatest allies. Keep learning, stay curious, and maintain a growth mindset. Your dream role is out there, and with each step, you're getting closer. The journey may be tough, but trust in your ability to navigate it with grace and determination.
