How do you adapt to unexpected deadline changes?

the key to handling unexpected deadline changes is immediate, transparent communication. I make it a priority to inform the team right away, breaking down the new timeline and its implications. Next, I would sit down with each team member to reassess priorities, ensuring everyone knows what requires immediate focus. I would offer targeted support—whether through resources, tools, or even just a sounding board—we not only keep the team aligned but also empower them to adapt swiftly and confidently. Quick response, clarity, and support are my go-to strategies to keep everyone on track in these situations.

En reuniones diarias se felicitará por el avance al equipo y se apoyará a los integrantes que tengan problemas en su progreso.
