Now this can be an interesting and tricky at the same time. First we shall understand if it is a Technical blocker or Adoption blocker. In case of a Technical blocker - 1. Understand if it is a skill gap or tech gap 2. In case of skill gap, plan to engage experts. You can directly reach out to Tech vendor and arrange consultation. It can nudge team to the right direction. 3. If there is a tech gap, then it is the time to go back to whiteboards. In case of an Adoption blocker - 1. Now here it becomes tricky, where the long term benefits of architecture change is not able to outweigh the short term anxiety of altering working system due to their limited technical understanding. 2. Stakeholder management is very crucial.
