I agree. The key to solving any conflict is identifying the issue. If the issue is not known the conflict cannot be resolved. And identifying lets one know on what they have to work on and helps in finding solution faster.

In my experience, before you must build trust before your team will be willing to openly discuss and identify issues. If they don't feel safe, they won't share honestly and openly.

I really think this is a problem of 1) weak leadership, or 2) loose job description. On weak leadership, I remember the president of Oxfam America visiting me in Dakar when I was selected to be the CD for Senegal, representing the whole of Oxfam International. He told me that power cannot lie dormant, that you either use it or someone else will take decisions instead because work will continue. Whoever is the leader here is not making important decisions and some people are helping. He must make decisions or delegate specific persons to do so. For unclear JD, this is a recipe for chaos, period. Roles, hierarchy and organisational procedures must be clear, and in such cases, you must review them for possible conflicts.

Para conseguir definir o nosso objetivo, a meta precisa estar bem clara. É importante entender esse ponto mais a fundo com o Sponsor do projeto, pois, dependendo do cenário e recursos, é variável. Após ter a meta bem objetiva e clara, podemos realizar a análise de fenômeno, a qual consiste em: -- Definição das causas influentes (para cada problema menor); -- Escolha das causas mais prováveis; -- Análise das causas mais prováveis. El consenso a la hora de abordar y plantear cualquier proceso va a ser fundamental para plantear nuestras tomas de decisiones. Los diferentes enfoques de los miembros podrán ser unificados o distintos, en el primer caso, el consenso lo tenemos prácticamente conseguido, en el segundo caso, cuando hay discrepancias, conviene encontrar las áreas comunes para ir agregando, teniendo en cuenta las opiniones del equipo las tareas necesarias para la consecución del objetivo final. En el camino hacia el objetivo, con unas directrices determinadas, se tendrán en cuenta variaciones que se produzcan y ayuden a la mejora del proceso, con la aportación de los miembros. Es decir, el camino al objetivo común del equipo es dinámico, enriquecido por la implicación de los miembros. Escucha activa.

Como todo sin estrategia no se consigue nada, si se han marcado unas pautas claras, la comunicación se hace fluida, es fundamental realizar un seguimiento para abordar cualquier conflicto que surja, si se han realizado bien los objetivos y las líneas de acción el equipo se irá haciendo más fuerte y la ejecución de sus tareas más creativas.

Revisar Ferramentas de Decisão: Avalie se as ferramentas e recursos disponíveis para a tomada de decisão são adequados e eficazes. Ferramentas inadequadas podem causar frustração e conflitos. Identificar Necessidade de Treinamento: Determine se há necessidade de treinamento adicional para melhorar as habilidades de tomada de decisão e colaboração dentro da equipe.

Toda mudança requer uma ruptura com o estado atual. Para avaliarmos o progresso dessa ruptura, é importante termos registrado todos os cenários na etapa da identificação do problema. A partir desse registro, a comparação do antes com o depois, se embasando no acompanhamento dos KPI's, te dará um norte sobre o progresso atual.

The team leader is responsible for the outcomes of the team and accountable if a team member is staying behind. Proper assessment and one on one coaching makes a difference, not only pointing mistakes but writing down where the problem is and setting goals.

La mejor forma de evaluar decisiones es la ética. Siempre haz lo correcto, y preguntate si tu yo del futuro se sentirá satisfecho con tus decisiones hoy. In order to remove conflict between the team you need to find the roat cause, analyse it in the presence of all the team members, agree with them on the proper corrective action and assign an action plan, responsibility and time frame for completion.

In my opinion there is always room of dialogue in every conflict so for the team building prospective both parties must have same objectives. So different strategies can be adopt to observe behaviour of team like you can talk with them individually and strategically analyze the situation and build a team. Team which is dependent to each other they have interest with one another so when objectives are aligned they will definitely work and build relationship with one another to achieve it.

Problemas de relacionamento sempre surgem no ambiente de trabalho, o importante é levar em consideração aquilo que agrega valor, a contribuição dos diferentes pensamentos, tirar o melhor de cada um, afinal todos contribuem de alguma forma. O objetivo deve ser o mesmo crescer, se desenvolver e contribuir para um ambiente saudável, acolhedor e responsável.

A team is a “team on paper” if the team has not worked together - to make difficult decisions, trade offs and prioritisation. Sometimes it’s not about the obvious “organisational” topics (strategy, priorities, or time table), but things that are not obvious. We need the chance to understand how team members make decisions, risk appetite, other uncommunicated considerations or the other implications of the decisions that they don’t want to or cannot deal with. When there is a conflict very rarely it’s just about the business. Some conflicts can be resolved as a group but many need behind the scene mitigation. Confronting people with the conflicts is a risky way to get people to own up to their “issues” and agree to change and resolve.
