Moreover, crops become susceptible to various pests. This is an alarming issue that needs to be addressed immediately.

Na minha experiência, a adaptação a condições climáticas extremas e imprevisíveis exige a implementação de práticas agrícolas sustentáveis, como agricultura de conservação, uso eficiente da água, e seleção de culturas resistentes a estresses climáticos.

Insufficient financial resources have an impact on agricultural output as well as product quality. Some emerging nations generate subpar agricultural products because their farmers lack the resources to invest in modern gear, equipment, and technology.

If market can become more fair when trading, maybe they can solve what is required as part of the global solution in producing more green and more fair. Market volatility is more pronounce when it is not fair, when it exploits and when they don't care for the well fair for the entire human population. Market volatility only creates more poverty, while the most rich exploit others, but if they were more stable, it can provide a benefit to a country and its people. Our producers and producers organization are very vulnerable to market volatility, cause they are not aware of all the factor that contribute to the volatility and more dedicated in trying to produce what is required.

Digital transformation is very necessary for transforming a business and using the new tools and human development that we have achieved, but it requires to be with a good purpose. The current frameworks of digital transformation require that promoters of digital transformation use it in developing the capacity of farmers and business to become more visible, competitive and promote the good factors that contribute to a positive product and process. While farmers and organization will take a time to develop full capacity, digital transformation is educating the new generation in accessing what is required in the agribusiness sector, but they also understand the digital realities are the product of real or everyday realities.

The H-2A program is heavily regulated and involves not only a multi-stage (and often convoluted) government approval process, but a complex web of program obligations. It can be particularly challenging for agribusiness professionals to stay informed and up-to-date on the latest regulatory developments. Litigation, new rulemaking, Congressional action, and even the political whims of a new administration can radically shift the landscape. Agribusiness professionals should always strive to stay engaged and informed. This is not an industry where one can rest on one's laurels.

The hundreds of residue, toxicological, eco-toxicological, environmental, physical-chemical, and efficacy studies are way over the top over-regulation by the EU, and Korea, China and other countries designed to delay and discourage use of the technology.

In my experience, it’s finding credible resources and mechanisms that are able to introduce new products and technologies that growers will trust so they can quicker adapt their best management practices.

Hoje temos pessoas com conhecimento técnico disponíveis no mercado, porém falta para eles o famoso CHA (comportamento, habilidades e atitudes). The challenges are multifaceted. Fragmented land holdings mean a sharp eye is required to select the tight product with the right price point that can help the farmers to improve their crop quality and yield. Introducing new products and driving adoption takes it own time, as long as 5 years in some cases. The changing ecosystem requires new skills and new mindset. This is in short supply, especially in the agriculture domain. Limited regulations in new product categories increase the challenges for new product launch and defining the right prices. Losses in post harvest add further pressure on farmers for profits, which impacts their decision making at all levels.

The challenging gap between what consumers say they want (and demand) and what they are actually willing to pay for at the supermarket check-out, that put a tremendous burden on farmers on top of an already extremely demanding regulation.

Agribusiness professionals grapple with market volatility, resource scarcity, and regulatory complexities. They must optimize resource use amid land degradation and labor shortages while complying with evolving standards in food safety and trade. Embracing technology offers productivity gains but requires overcoming cost and infrastructure barriers. Supply chain resilience is crucial, as is climate adaptation through resilient practices. Overcoming trade barriers and diversifying markets are vital for long-term viability. With strategic planning and innovation, they navigate these challenges to foster sustainable growth.

Agriculture industry has been segmented in different verticals like fertiliser, seeds, chemicals, machineries, artificial intelligence, etc. Farmer needs one consolidated Good agriculture practice with minimum possible inputs infused with maximum technologies,eg., We cannot expect a former to bring all the 16 required nutrients, bio fertilisers, bio, stimulant, and other supplements separately. Products have to be designed considering all the avail technologies. Why can’t product be produced with nutrients and microbes to the efficacy and also to mitigate the risk of Test and fungal infections. The bottom line is the product and technology has to be beneficial to the farmer.
