La sensibilité humaine est une émotion propre à tout un chacun. Pour aborder un sujet sensible au sein d'une équipe, il faudrait au préalable maîtriser la personnalité de chaque membre. En plus de cela il faut avoir une connaissance profonde du vécu de tout un chacun. Sinon tout ce qu'on fera sans cela pourrait détruire l'ambiance conviviale qui doit habiter ce genre de débats.
