I encourage active listening, fostering empathy and understanding. Next, I organize team-building activities to strengthen relationships and rebuild trust. Setting clear, shared goals helps unify the team, while regular check-ins monitor progress and address concerns. Lastly, I recognize and celebrate small successes to create a positive atmosphere and reinforce collaboration.

Para reconstruir un equipo fracturado yo prefiero las siguientes acciones:
1. Dialogo abierto para ayudar a la catarsis del equipo, permitir que las personas se desahoguen y limpiar.
2. Metas compartidas para configurarlas, comprometerse y trabajarlas juntos
3. Actividades de equipo periódicas (semanales/ diarias) que marquen la diferencia y ayuden a regenerar las confianzas
4. Eliminación de comportamientos tóxicos / egoístas que solo colocan en riesgo el propósito de equipo
5. Visión de futuro con el tipo de equipo que queremos lograr.
