I noticed that people tend to concentrate too much on one problem. They can get obsessed with urgently finding a solution, especially if there is a pressure and someone is waiting for the update. But sometimes it is not helpful and we are losing focus and time if we just sit and try to solve it non-stop. In the worst case scenario a person can do it without breaks, maybe even skipping lunch or thinking about that problem instead of sleeping. I believe switching context, breaks and relaxing a bit can clean our mind and with a clean mind the solution comes faster, new ideas will appear themselves and a short walk in the fresh air will increase oxygen level to think clearly after a short break
