Immediate action is paramount upon detecting a breach to contain it swiftly and prevent further data loss. This involves pinpointing the breach's origin and isolating it from the network. Shutting down affected systems, resetting passwords, and revoking unauthorized access are critical steps. Equally important is preserving evidence for investigation by refraining from deleting data or logs that could offer insights into the breach's cause. Timely response not only mitigates damage but also lays the groundwork for effective recovery and strengthening of security measures.

With immediate action ,we have to isolate the affected systems and notify with all key personal and affected parties about the situation . Later step identify the breached data and analyse the data and Need to evaluate the impact . Later we need to find out the security gaps /Failures for caused breach . Rebuild or restore the data from the backups and ensure this time no security breach before brining up the system .
