You’re feeling uninspired at work. How can you find the creative spark you need?

I think it is important to always endeavour to learn more… read, watch or listen to professionals or peers from your field/sport. Vitally, you shouldn’t need to move too far away from what you’ve always done as you’ve got so far, but actually to adapt and grow. Look to use practises from other subjects/sports and add them to your repertoire.

Open the "window" and look at other industries, sports, and content creators. We sometimes feel dull and neglected because of walking for too long on the same paths and doing the same. New inspirations, different points of view, and unusual experiences can get us on track again.

I agree fully with the idea of keeping up with relevant new information on the field of study you are working on in your job. Also, I believe it is very important to organize your study periods by using effective critical thinking techniques and problem solving systems because there is so much information out there that if you plunge into it without a plan, you can get lost instead of advance steadily. For instance, when we face an issue at our job, it is good to apply an effective problem solving approach and follow the steps. This way, we can record the actions done and retrack our steps easily so we can learn and retain the parts that worked well within the outcome achieved. Overall, we are in a society lead by a renew or die attitude.

In our reality don't exist ideal...every person, every job, every company/club sometimes have good and bad moments. Looking around branches on the internet in some quiet natural place for me is very inspirative

Stand up. Walk away from your desk. Go for a hike. Take a quick run. Walk through a museum. Some of my best ideas come while I'm out in nature on a walk. I'll have a list of items on an index card that I want to think about, and the crunch of the gravel and the sounds of nature are enough to block out all of the other distractions. I take an index card so I don't have to look at my phone. I don't want any notifications. I don't want to be sucked back into what is on my to-do list. I want to focus on one challenge I'm working through in a place that allows me to think clearly. Cannot recommend more highly to stop what you are doing and *move* when you are feeling stuck.
