Tickets are updated with latest progress, ETA etc. Plan is updated with risks, mitigation and latest status, code is updated with no break point, TCs are updated with latest progress of passed/failed and % completed, scrum dashboard should give true picture of the day. 3. Only important meetings in overlap time. Ensure all meeting are time effective, well set agendas, crisp responses, actions etc
