Personalmente si encontramos que una entrevista está teniendo preguntas difíciles puede ser señal de que o bien no nos hemos preparado lo suficiente, estamos buscando respuestas a preguntas que desconocemos, los valores de la empresa pudieran ser completamente diferentes a los nuestros, etc. Creo que una entrevista hay que afrontarla desde la toma de conciencia de que se trata de una oportunidad de vender. Vender nuestra experiencia y conocimiento a la otra parte. Para ello vamos a tratar de ser respetuoso, utilizar un lenguaje positivo, usar la sonrisa, emplear el silencio para quien más hable sea la otra persona, ser honestos cuando algo no lo sabemos, etc. Se trata de una venta, donde la confianza es clave.

In my experience with interview for roles as well as with interviewing candidates fo roles, it is important to take a moment to think about the question asked and try to tie something you have done to that answer. We arent looking for the perfect answer we are looking to see how you handle tough questions. Try to tie an example to the question even if not perfect and it shows you can think on your feet. Lastly if you have no such answer be upfront and truthful on what you can do.
