What else can be done ? I propose the following : 1) Robust risk assessment , Diversification & Contingency Planning will do a lot of good. Document everything , maintain & send timely updates. 2) Reinforce the long-term investment thesis and the potential for high returns. Highlight core competencies . It will keep you on a strong wicket. 3) Showcase Portfolio Resilience: Demonstrate the portfolio's resilience by highlighting the strength of portfolio companies.( This according to me will be the game-changer !!)

Go Clint Eastwood. Openly share the good, bad, and ugly. Ask for support unabashedly and unapologetically. Your cap table is there to help you during the difficult times. Leverage them proactively.

Transparency & communication on current situation and strategic & execution plans for the near term and long-term in order to address any issues.

This seems a bit premature to change strategy purely on temporary market conditions. As an investor, I would question the urgency to pivot over something that is macroeconomic and therefore beyond the company’s immediate control.
