pela minha experiência, FEEDBACK deve ser uma ESTRATÉGIA tanto da empresa, quanto a nível pessoal. A EMPRESA busca feedbacks para saber sobre os seus produtos e também sobre a percepção de sua Marca. A nível PESSOAL, a percepção sobre mim mesma, pode estar diametralmente oposta como estou sendo percebida pelo meu entorno. É importante ter o foco da pergunta pois essa trará a resposta assertiva. Quanto mais diversificado for o público pesquisado, maiores as chances de alcançar as melhorias que se está buscando. Todos que compuserem essa REDE de Feedbacks se tornarão CO-CRIADORES dos bons (ou maus) RESULTADOS que advirem da implantação dos feedbacks. We have and i mean all of us have failed in utilizing the concept Social Audit at ground level with key stakeholders..... A bus which has been missed by many to take participation of key people on account of taking other priorities in our decision making process, not considering or low consideration of localities in which we want to bring positive vibes of Social , Economic n Environment development.... Why we should only consider the investors view in the ESG discussion....n why we have not learnt from miseries of Top Down approach..... and many people keep on blaming the Govt. System... Each issues therefore should be de fragmented into various parts and each of these parts should have decision based on local priorities.

Qual a melhoria que eu espero alcançar após ter implantado o seu feedback, e, após implantado eu devo informar qual o REAL RESULTADO obtido. Nesse caso o Stakeholder saberá que está sendo co-criador de uma ação de melhoria. Assim procedendo, eu estou conquistando uma REDE FIEL de stakeholders comprometidos com a melhoria de meus produtos.
