Yesterday the U.S. House of Representatives passed -- on a bipartisan basis -- three bills that will support the growth of the geothermal industry, including H.R. 6474, which extends a permitting Categorical Exclusion currently available for oil and gas to geothermal energy. These improvements are critical to the success of #EGS and we thank Representatives Michelle Steel (R-CA), Susie Lee (D-NV), John Curtis (R-UT), and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) for their support.
