Having comprehensive emergency planning and business continuity measures in place along with very experienced operators at all its facilities allows 365 Data Centers to turn uncertainty into strength, empowering us to respond to the unexpected with confidence and resilience. A week ago, Hurricane Milton made landfall and cut through Florida right on the heels of the intense conditions brought on by Hurricane Helene that impacted a broader portion of the Southeast. I want to recognize the preparation and real time monitoring and oversight by the 365 data center, network, and cloud technical teams. They came together to ensure that our Tampa, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and two Atlanta area network-centric data centers and cloud regions continued to operate flawlessly without any disruption to our customers despite hurricane force winds, ocean surges, floods, and tornadoes. 365 customer service professionals provided our customers with continuous informative updates around the clock during each storm and senior data center leadership was onsite throughout to further protect our facilities and customers. From heat waves to blizzards to hurricanes, 365 Data Centers is thankful for the dedicated efforts of its employees and proud of their amazing customer first culture focused on service reliability.
