A really effective board meeting yesterday with our clients at three rocks. Since intiating the formation of the #Board with Scott Muncaster, it's been a fascinating journey supporting its development to create a more sustainable business. Led by Scott, Matt Rawlins and Andrew Kaplan the team at three rocks have been pulling up trees to create a new product - XMS. Developed initially for the #Hospitality space, XMS delivers accessible and frictionless experiences for their clients, customers and teams alike. Now in development with clients in the #Events sector, as three rocks scales, XMS is being developed for adjacent sectors, such as #Retail (an area I know a thing or two about!). It's a really exciting time at three rocks - having appointed Chris Hall as Chair and Kate Rampley as Company Secretary, there's a clear strategy, evolving good governance, great leadership and a motivated team.
