This International Day of Rural Women, we are happy to highlight our latest working paper with insights from four process evaluations of rural women’s collective enterprises in India. In partnership with organizations like ACCESS Development Services, URMUL Trust, Chitrika Foundation, IMAGO Global Grassroots, and SEWA, the research focuses on themes such as upskilling, improving access to finance, and enhancing market linkages for women entrepreneurs. 3ie's #WACIE program is once again honored to support the Government of #Benin and members of @African Parliamentarians’ Network on Development Evaluation (APNODE) in strengthening their capacities in evaluation and #evidence use within their mandates. The retreat was organized on 8 October in partnership with INSTITUT LE BAROMETRE and ACED, and brought together parliamentarians from Benin, #APNODE (https://lnkd.in/enns-K5z) executives from the Parliamentary Institute of Benin (IPaB), and officials from the National Assembly of Benin, to discuss the evidence needs of parliamentarians on the ground and provide responsive and actionable tools for better programs. The participants stressed the need for continued assistance and expanded capacity-building for the Benin Parliament.
