A Cannabis Lifestyle Brand Advocating for Minorities that have been disproportionately impacted by the "War on Drugs".
About us
We are a Black Owned Cannabis Lifestyle Brand advocating for the men and women who have been disproportionately impacted by the "War on Drugs". We host a multitude of events to help educate, exonerate and motivate the Black & Brown community to get involved in the cannabis industry. Whether it's a cannabis career workshop, an expungement clinic, an education seminar, a business leadership course, etc...we've built an infrastructure to help serve the same disenfranchised communities that have been the most heavily impacted by the unjust criminal justice system.

Planning to own a dispensary or run a cannabis business? Before you dive start, watch & listen to the advice Tahir Johnson - CEO of Simply Pure Trenton NJ - share about the journey to becoming an operator in this industry. During the Advancing Social Equity panel at NECANN NJ, he stressed the value of working in a dispensary or cultivation facility before pursuing ownership. "It's not glamorous—it's grinding long hours, constant challenges, and a deep commitment. But the real-world experience you gain is crucial for success." 🎯 Especially with little state-provided education, practical experience given by programs like the Minority Cannabis Academy is the key to navigating this industry. And as Tahir Johnson puts it, “you need to know what it’s really about.” 💯💯 💭 What are your thoughts on this as a current or aspiring cannabis business owner? Give us a comment. Enjoyed this talk?
