TCOE's Trades Day took place last week, and our team enjoyed connecting with high school students while showcasing the exciting opportunities in the design and build industry! The recently completed Valley Boulevard Recreational Park in Tehachapi, CA received this year’s ASCE Excellence Award! Our team was on hand to receive the award last night and we're honored to be recognized for the design and construction assistance work that was completed. The large, one acre, multi-use park includes features such as 5-a-side soccer field, playground, picnic area, public art, and shade structures. Bringing imagination to life with a touch of generosity! ✨ Our design and build teams collaborated to transform a space at the ImagineU Children’s Museum in Visalia into a sensory exhibit for kids! From rerouting electrical systems and replacing walls to creating a larger entrance and installing a fish tank cabinet, we handled every detail. The new space now features speakers and fun props to engage the senses, fostering learning, creativity, and play. Thanks to the generosity of local subcontractors Nickolas Solis at 559 Electric and Samuel Alexander & Caleb Ross at Windows Plus, we were able to bring this vision to life while donating most of our time to the project. It was a true community effort, and we’re proud to have been part of it! Their commitment to serving all students is truly inspiring. 🌟🙌

We’re excited to share that DKJ Architects, now part of 4Creeks, has contributed to an 8-year project relocating the VUSD Transportation Department near Green Acres Middle School. The latest addition features a 6,100 SF Administration building with offices, a training classroom, and advanced security systems. With over 100 bus spaces and a future maintenance shop on the horizon, this project is transforming how transportation services operate for the district. Services provided by 4Creeks: Architecture

In collaboration with CalBio and Fyto, 4Creeks served as the Design-Build firm for the anaerobic digester and nutrient recovery system at this dairy facility. We're proud to be part of an innovative system that addresses nutrient management challenges by cultivating the aquatic plant lemna, to produce premium feed and fertilizer. This initiative aims to deliver long-term sustainability, reduce environmental impact, and promote the future of regenerative agriculture.
