    Yesterday I ran into someone, saying he comes to D.C. for work. So I asked “Are you working for the government?” He said “I’m an engineer and a diver” It got me curious, so I asked “Do you have a dream?” He said yes “What is it?” He said “I’m going to be an astronaut” “What’s your dream?” I was hesitating to reveal it to someone I don’t know. I said it many times to people I know and it was written all over their face that they didn’t think I could. So I keep things private until it’s certain. But it was 1-2 hours conversation so I told him. “Say that I’m going to be a billionaire” not I want to be, because you’re going to be” was his response. I asked for his LinkedIn, we make a deal that when he reaches his dream I’ll celebrate it. And when I reaches my dream he would do the same thing. Found that he was Navy Chief.     I am in my 20s, I have nothing to lose. Depends on how you see it, but I have the thing that no amount of money can buy back, “TIME”. Let’s be honest, people in my age are losing it. I’ve noticed that many people in their 20s are very insecure, especially when it comes to “I have less experience”. Have you ever tried 2nd hand experience? Learning from those who have been through it, working with them, listening to what they have to say, but take advice with caution. If you don’t have access to them, then read their books. Read through what they had been through and what did they learned from it. “I know for a facts that if something doesn’t work, I’ll find a way” ..was my answer to a person who asked me why I wasn’t scared of failure in startup.     We are looking forward to discuss the topic with potential cofounders from difference continents over the 2nd interview. Objectives : - Establish a task force that operates independently of specific chief roles. - Decentralize decision-making authority across the organization. - Implement the Bingo Strategy as an alternative to the traditional Pyramid Hierarchy.  Rules : Please note that the rules are resonate with the Bingo Sheet (available for potential cofounders only) itself - In a startup, founders may need to hold dual positions to manage the business effectively. - As the company grows from a midsize to a large organization, the CEO position will be replaced by a Chief Strategy Officer.
