    6g Management Services, Inc. is looking for Electrical & Instrumentation Quality Inspectors with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. These positions are located in S.E NM and W. Texas Responsibilities Responsibilities will include: Surveillance of contractor's installations, fabrications, and other identified fieldwork. Executing visual inspections per Code, drawings, and other applicable standards. Preparing inspection reports. Proactively reviewing Inspection and Test Plans and other quality documents for applicability. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required A minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance construction experience is required. Certification in at least electrical or Instrumentation & Controls inspection discipline preferred. Knowledgeable in Codes specific to the Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industry. Able to read blueprints, ISOs, and PI&D's. Working knowledge of principles and practices of Electrical and/or Instrumentation & Controls engineering, design and construction, engineering survey principles, trends, techniques, mathematics, and compliance processes and procedures related to federal, state, and local codes and regulations governing construction. Working knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and procedures related to project construction. Knowledgeable in the use of Quality Inspection tools and calibration requirements. Knowledgeable of installation and setting of equipment. Applies basic knowledge of Company/Project operations, policies, and procedures. Persistent and inquisitive in the pursuit of information; obtains all relevant facts. Strong oral and written communication skills with good vocabulary and grammar. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to prepare detailed and project-specific inspection reports and other documents as requested. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, and other project-specific software platforms as required. Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one situations. Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management, both internal and external. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential or sensitive information or issues. Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment. Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with the manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and working overtime if warranted). Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Company's Code of Business Conduct, and other Company policies and procedures as required. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing, optimizing, and managing purchasing processes, fostering stakeholder and supplier relationships, and formulating strategies to minimize costs while maintaining support quality and efficiency for the organization. Develop ethical and sustainable purchasing processes and procedures that align with strategic goals, develop training materials, conduct training, and ensure compliance. Identify new suppliers, coordinate onboarding, manage contractor compliance, handle credit applications, and negotiate improved credit limits and terms. Item/price catalog development and management within Coupa (ERP) system. Responsible for assisting with inventory management, fleet, logistics, and other internal activities. Resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier billing issues. Perform supplier audits. Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders on best purchasing practices. Manage Open PO Report. Manage the procurement request process (requisitions); confirming orders placed with vendors are accurate and in accordance with terms, shipping methods including proper use of Incoterms, and pricing/discount structures. Direct the activities of our purchasing team, optimizing their talents and efficiency. Develop and maintain an approved supplier list, ensuring quality and reliability. Implement supplier evaluation programs to enhance alliances and monitor performance. Expedite major equipment and component purchases Mentoring, supporting, cross-training, or acting as a backup for other team members as needed. Buying, purchasing, logistics, and leadership skills. Computer proficiency is required including a strong background in MRP/ERP Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels. Supplier Relationship Management. Identifying improvement opportunities within the Supply Chain team and participating in process improvement development and initiatives: Inventory management and control; Logistics, importing/exporting, and warehousing; Procurement Managing complex, high-risk/high-spend purchase orders. Possess prior successful and effective experience in a similar role. Have 7-10+ years of experience as a supply chain professional.  Have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or other degree relevant to the role. Are willing to travel up to 10%. Although not mandatory, having professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, CPSD, MCIPS, APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or CTSC is beneficial. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a commendable driving history.     Sr. Construction Manager 6g Management Services Inc. representing PWS - Chairman Texas BBQ Bash

    With proper planning, any project can be successful. At Texas BBQ Bash, safety is our top priority, and we take it seriously. We recently held an Emergency Response and Planning meeting with the Karnes County Sheriff's Office and Kenedy and Karnes City Volunteer fire departments, as well as the Karnes County Youth Show to ensure the safety and protection of our volunteers and the public. Our events are run with precision planning and execution, taking nearly 6,000 man hours to execute from pre-planning to project closeout. We would like to extend a BIG thank you to our core group of volunteer team leaders who make our events possible.
