Theresa first joined Aaron Manor back in May 2013 as a CNA and has since obtained her LPN and worked as an Admissions Director at a 110-bed facility. Having cared for our residents and experienced the support of our community firsthand when her mother was diagnosed with ALS, Theresa brings a unique blend of personal understanding and clinical expertise to this role. With a deep belief in treating others as she would want to be treated, she's dedicated to supporting families through the transition into skilled nursing facilities with empathy and compassion.
