Meet Janice Ferreira, RBT: “I enjoy working for ABA 360 because of their ability and patience to teach any new skills. I love how easy they have made it ask questions and seek improvement or support when I need it! They were also flexible and understanding when it comes to my schedule which was important for me because I am currently in college. Growing up, I had always envisioned myself in a career that was dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in an impactful manner. When I heard about the role of a behavior technician through others involved in the field, I was excited about finding opportunities to join the field and supporting individuals and their families reach their targets. The best part of the job is definitely the people I have met along the way! Everyone I met has always been welcoming and eager to support me throughout the job. Also, I am always seeking for ways to improve to ensure I am giving the best service possible and those around me make it enjoyable to do so. Some fun facts about me are: I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s of Social Work, I have a dog who I love walking even though she’s very lazy, and I like baking and trying new recipes.”
