Introducing our new murinized anti-Ly6g antibody [1A8]- mouse IgG2c, designed for long-term neutrophil depletion in vivo. Neutrophils are a critical immune cell population involved in various mechanisms related to cancer, inflammation, and infection. To analyse their function in vivo, the most common approach uses antibody-mediated neutrophil depletion, targeting the neutrophil specific Ly6G marker. This chimeric Ly6g antibody (low endotoxin, azide free) is produced recombinantly and validated using advanced validation techniques to ensure it works exactly as expected, consistently over time. ICYMI: Earlier this month, researchers unveiled a groundbreaking achievement: the largest neural map, or ‘connectome,’ of an adult fruit fly’s brain ever created. Nearly 50 labs worldwide collaborated on the project, using advanced AI algorithms to catalog over 50 million connections between 130,000 cells. This incredible work brings us closer to understanding brain behavior and disease states. 🔬🧠 Dive into the details in STAT: https://lnkd.in/e-J3Hrsp Explore the connectome yourself: https://codex.flywire.ai #FlyWire #neuroscience
