We partnered with our recruitment marketing client Maillie LLP to give Rowan University College of Communication & Creative Arts' Advertising Practicum students a real-world challenge focused on employer branding. The students implemented their strategic thinking across four workstreams — early-career engagement on Maillie’s careers page, internal communications, social media, and campus events.
