Had a great time listening to Jesús Fernández-Villaverde speak about the current fertility crisis and the subsequent upcoming underpopulation crisis -- quite different than the overpopulation crisis we've been hearing about for many years and underscores the global shift in demographics and values. Most importantly, thanks to the Abigail Adams Institute for pursuing these important conversations and bringing these essential perspectives and ideas to light.

Director at IECO (Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations)

Today would have been 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲́𝗻’𝘀 (Manolo ✝️) 55th birthday, the Founder of IECO (Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations) and a reference in humanistic management. A very special date to share some moments of the emotional ceremony we held last June at Harvard University to pay tribute to his truly human leadership. The Abigail Adams Institute, in partnership with IECO and the #HumanFlourishingProgram convened a panel of experts to discuss Professor Guillén's latest book, "𝘔𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘖𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴: 𝘚𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘔𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘧𝘶𝘭 W𝘰𝘳𝘬-𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦”. 🎦#DaniloPetranovich: “𝘏𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘦𝘹𝑝𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝑝𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝑝𝘦𝘰𝑝𝘭𝘦 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮”https://shre.ink/DT8B 🎦Donna Hicks: “H𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥: 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝑝𝘪𝘦𝘤𝘦”https://shre.ink/DT8W 🎦Kevin Majeres MD: “𝘏𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘯 𝘢 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝑝𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘥𝘺𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘮 𝑝𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘶𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬”https://shre.ink/DT8d 🎦#TylerVanderWeele: “𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘵𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝑝𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦, 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯”https://shre.ink/DT8T 🎦Michael Pirson: “𝘏𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝑝𝘦𝘰𝑝𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝑝𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭 (𝘴𝑝𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴) 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘧𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝑝𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝑝𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝑝𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵”https://shre.ink/DT8k 🎦#WilliamEnglish: “𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘹𝑝𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘶𝘯𝑝𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴”https://shre.ink/DT8Q 🎦#Myself: “𝘏𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝑝𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦: 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝑝𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬, 𝑝𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝑝𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘣𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝑝𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝑝𝑝𝘺 𝘣𝘺 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘥𝘰”https://shre.ink/DT82 It is a privilege to dedicate my efforts to spread his legacy and research, with the unwavering dedication and support of so many friends and colleagues moved by the same purpose.
