This year AceTronic annnounced that it would be representing Absolute Haitian Corporation here in Ontario. Since my father , Harb, started AceTronic customer service has been at the core of what we do. Without this aspect of our committment to our customers I doubt AceTronic would exist. But we have, and 40 years later ...and counting, AceTronic continues to grow and prosper. This commitment to customer service is exactly what has brought both AceTronic and Absolute together. I recently visited a longstanding Acetronic customer along with Dmitri Strunkin that has experienced the extent of both of our organizations committment to them, the customer. It's not necessarily the sale, but the support once the sale is done that has long lasting effects. A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of bringing some of our customers to Haitian's HQ for a tour of the facilities. It's always a spectacle to see the state-of-the-art factories that produce more than 35,000 injection molding machines every year – no produces more.
