To remain a nimble agency, we are always on the lookout for new marketing talent because we believe in being proactive and prepared for whatever comes our way. Recently, our own Director of People Operations Melanie Scheer sat down with Josh Tolan, the Founder and CEO of Spark Hire, Inc., to discuss ADM’s philosophy on staffing and hiring. “We have so many different openings across our job categories because we don’t know if we’re going to have a need soon. We want to make sure that we already have the talent pool built,” Scheer said. For instance, earlier this year, ADM had a tough decision to make between two excellent candidates, and ultimately could only hire one. But when an additional opportunity arose not long after, we were able to quickly reach out to the other candidate and bring them onboard to further support our client accounts.
