2-PHASE COOLING. PERFORMANCE ACCELERATED.

About us

Accelsius is working to remove the thermal constraints in computing. The biggest limiting factor for more computational density is heat. This is true in the data center, in telecom applications, in cars, and in embedded semiconductor applications. Accelsius solutions, based on 2-phase direct-to-chip technology, break through the thermal wall and enable net zero computing.

Two-phase direct-to-chip is gaining substantial attention from the data center industry and beyond, notably due to its advantages over other cooling methods. In a recent article from DatacenterDynamics, Research Director of Uptime Institute Daniel Bizo noted several key advantages that two-phase DTC holds over its immersion-based counterpart: "the amount of liquid used is typically a small fraction...there is little vapor loss, servicing IT systems is easier, and material compatibility issues are relatively easy to manage." There's similar advantages that two-phase DTC possesses compared to single-phase DTC. In our recent blog post and accompanying infographic, we explore the ways in which two-phase has been observed to offer better heat removal and higher ease of maintenance, among other critical benefits. BLOG POST: https://lnkd.in/eyqUJbrK INFOGRAPHIC: https://lnkd.in/euXFwGSv Be sure to read the full article and infographic to discover the ways in which two-phase direct-to-chip cooling can radically enhance your data center's cooling efficiency.

Hey there! Happy Monday! Quick question: do you want to see a video of what happens when our dielectric refrigerant is sprayed over expensive electrical equipment? WATCH HERE: https://lnkd.in/gWdakVi3 Spoiler alert: nothing much happens! That's because our NeuCool refrigerant has been tested to ensure there's zero damage in the event of a leak. (Single-phase water, however...that's a different story. Watch the video to see the full results.) In this video, Austin Reliability Labs performs and certifies a leak test with our refrigerant, concluding "no electrical failures or damage to operations" were caused by our refrigerant misted or sprayed on an exposed PC. As the cost of servers and other vital IT infrastructure surpasses millions of dollars, Accelsius is committed to ensuring your data center remains operational no matter what. Special thanks to Austin Reliability Labs: a TyRex Technology Family company for conducting this test! And be sure to contact us if you'd like to schedule a free demo or find out more: https://lnkd.in/gq2xpdpA #liquidcooling #twophase #datacenters

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Be sure to listen to this recent episode of The AI Daily Brief, which features an extensive overview of the benefits of two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling and a shoutout to Accelsius! LISTEN HERE: https://lnkd.in/e26csyEP In the episode, host Nathaniel Whittemore discusses the necessary evolution of data center cooling to match pace with the rampant demand of AI. Using insights and analysis from a recent white paper by independent technology analyst Steven Hill, Whittemore highlights Hill's assessment that refrigerant-based, two-phase DTC cooling ("say that ten times fast")—and, particularly, our NeuCool technology—is "specifically optimized to remove heat from relatively small electronic components." Similarly, Whittemore mentions a DatacenterDynamics article entitled "2024: The Year of Liquid Cooling?" In it, Accelsius CEO Josh Claman commented on the rapid shift in perception of liquid cooling: no longer is it seen as a "niche" solution, he argues, largely due to the incremental rise in heat from mainstream CPUs. Whittemore concludes the episode by hypothesizing that as Wall Street looks deeply into the short-, medium-, and long-term evolution of AI, "they're likely quickly going to expand their field of view and horizon to other parts of the infrastructure buildout....There's going to be a lot more focus on companies like Accelsius." Huge thanks to Whittemore for mentioning us in his podcast! And be sure to listen to the full episode.
