Our small marketing team makes a BIG impact.🫶🏽 If you see our Mini-mobile pantry on the roads give our Food Programs staff a wave!
Last summer, the ACCESS marketing & communications team took on a big, first-time project for us. We designed and wrapped the new Mini-Mobile Pantry van! This van was generously paid for by a Community Developement Block Grant obtained by the City of Talent, Oregon. Beneath its cheerful and fun exterior, reminiscent of the Rogue Valley’s rolling hills and mountains, is a serious working vehicle equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, shelves for dry food storage, and solar panels on the roof! This vehicle joined our ACCESS Regional Food Bank fleet last year. The smaller size of the van can serve 25-30 families and is ideal for reaching Jackson County’s more rural communities. This project took much collaboration between our mar/comms team, the Food Programs, and the Developement team to become a reality. Kudos to Corinne Robles, our marketing and communications coordinator for taking this project head on, even with a new software to learn. And a big thanks to The Sign Dude for making this wrap a reality.
