About us

Business and accounting coaching, outsourced CFO services, tax planning and tax preparation services for entrepreneurs. I bring over 13 years of experience to clients seeking custom solutions for their businesses. I worked with businesses with profits in the high seven figures to entrepreneurs looking to break through with new ideas. I started my own company to work in a more hands-on way with people that are starting new and exciting businesses. With over a decade of experience learning what works and what doesn’t, I want to work with people and help them to create their dream business. My step by step preparation system sets your company up for success. I know the tax loopholes and advantages that are out there and how you can take advantage of them to avoid the common pitfalls of starting your own business. I Want to help you maximize the profit on every dollar you earn. Working with an experienced CPA brings value to your company as increased profits and increased time for value-adding work, not busy work. • 🌪️ Feeling the financial strain from Hurricane Helene? You might be eligible for disaster tax relief! The IRS has rolled out extended deadlines and other relief options for those in FEMA-designated disaster areas, including all of Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and parts of Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia. 🗓️ **Extended Deadlines:** If you’re in an affected area, you now have until May 1, 2025, to file or extend your federal tax returns and make payments. This extension covers both 2024 returns and any 2023 returns that were on extension. Plus, estimated tax payments originally due in January and April 2025 are also extended to May 1. 🏢 **Additional Business Tax Relief:** For businesses, quarterly payroll and excise tax returns due on October 31, 2024, January 31, 2025, and April 30, 2025, are now extended to May 1, 2025. The IRS is also offering penalty relief for businesses making payroll and excise tax deposits, with relief varying by state. 💼 **Unreimbursed Losses:** You may be able to deduct disaster-related losses on your 2024 tax return, or you can choose to amend your 2023 return to reflect these losses.
