Thank you New York Community Trust for helping us to get more New Yorkers back to work and back with their families! Many participant referred to ACE by treatments center after being incarcerated are struggling on their journey to full recovery without social supports or safe housing to take care of their family. They came to us in hopes of securing employments, seeking peer support, and services in a non-stigmatizing way. We're proud to partner with New York Community Trust to build a community where people who experience homelessness, addiction, and mental health conditions can be an asset to their employers, families, and neighborhoods by reaching their goals of employment, economic independence, and family reunification. #workforcedevelopment #rehabilitation #familyreunification #empowerment #newbeginnings
