We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Physician Data Initiative (PDI)! The #ACGME, American Medical Association, and Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) have joined forces to establish a standard practice for categorizing, collecting, reporting, and sharing sociodemographic data. This initiative, founded in 2021, aims to improve the health of the nation by better understanding the dynamics of the physician workforce. By fostering collaboration and providing high-quality data, the PDI will advance research and support the development of a diverse and culturally sensitive physician workforce. #HealthCareInnovation #DataStandards #DiversityInMedicine https://lnkd.in/gH_3wyXX
