At Action Defense LLC in Cleveland, our mission is your personal safety, and the safety of those around you. We are not here to turn you into a combat soldier, or an expert marksman, but rather to ensure that you can defend yourself and your loved ones with a handgun safely and legally. We also understand that guns are not for everyone and we strongly advocate for gun alternative (non –lethal) protection as well. We are dedicated to the training and development of our staff. Our team members recently completed a 6-hour PhaZZer (Taser) (CEW - Conductive Energy Weapons) Training and Certification from certified instructor Doug Murillo of Action Defense. The training and certification included both classroom and training scenarios. We were trained on the proper deployment of the CEWs, how and why the CEW affects the recipient when deployed, characteristics, capabilities, operational safety principles and procedures, health effects and precautions, and equipment maintenance.
