We were honored again this year to be included in Pinterest's annual report on culture initiatives along with the other awesome organizations: Values Partnerships, Transgender Training Institute, Right to Be, and Dev Color. We loved working with executives in customized DEI training as well as inclusive leader coaching. Thank you, Pinterest!

We have created several supportive offerings for Juneteenth. This is a great opportunity to learn and discuss the history that many of us did not learn about in school. We believe that knowledge is power and understanding leads to empathy which enables us to connect across difference!
There is so much to learn about Juneteenth. Its origins and impact. It is also a great opportunity to have discussions in your organization. Activate Inclusion has several offerings to help you and your organization share this moment.https://https://lnkd.in/d6_Ygx_d

We are so proud of Sindri's commitment to bringing Equity Embedded Change Management to the work that we do!
DEI Consultant & Trainer ➰ Organizational Strategist ➰ Leadership Coach ➰ Founding Member, Activate Inclusion
I am honored and humbled to be attending the 2024 Equity-Embedded Change Management (EECM)™ conference, led by Sheryl Petty, Ed.D. starting this April! Having spent so much of my career working to change organizations and frankly feeling mostly disappointed about the results, I was uplifted by Dr. Petty's Deep Equity Primer upon which she is basing the conference. Activate Inclusion is currently developing an advanced Inclusive Culture offering so it felt like this conference is timely, and I'm sure will stretch me in new ways!

Activate Inclusion has been working to develop the next phase of DEI work. We realize we have to change our lens, change our language and change our approach to embody acceptance and openness. We would love your feedback to how we are shifting to a more thoughtful approach that focuses on deepening our discussions with clients. - What is your response to our approach to Activating Inclusive Culture? - Does this resonate with what you are seeing and experiencing in your organizations as you work towards inclusion?

'Tis the season for Peace on Earth... For decades, the Israel/Palestine situation has been a “touchy subject” in our communities, between friends, and within families…with lines quickly drawn, judgments made, and the complexity of the situation and its history over simplified. Recent events have inflamed communication, sparked name-calling and violence…triggering emotions even further as the unfathomable tragedy unfolds in the region. As we head into the holiday season in the US, how can we reach across divisions to stay in relationship and complexify our own perspectives?...
