Congrat HALFLANTS + PICHETTE / Studio For Modern Architecture on your AIA State award of excellence in New Work! Zahrada I was the sole built housing project to be recognized with a 2024 state award. AD | Atelier + Design had the pleasure of building out commercial spaces on the first level, and the exterior architecture really impacted the aesthetic for the entire project.
Our project at Zahrada consists of 6 luxury townhouses over retail. Every 4 bedroom / 3.5 baths townhouse boasts a private pool and courtyard, a detached guesthouse, a 2 car garage, and 13’ high living space. Six private courtyards are created on the second floor of the units, between the living room and the elevated guesthouse.
