Hope. Prayers. Thoughts. There are many things that we cannot control right now in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. But we CAN control our hope, our prayers, and our thoughts. We sent this email out to our customer base this morning and wanted to share it here as so many of you showed such support for us before the storm. We are blessed. We are thankful. We are safe. --- Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your team in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. That was the strongest storm we have ever experienced in the Tampa Bay Area. It was devastating. First and foremost we hope you, your family, and your loved ones are safe.   Now that the storm has passed we rebuild. We rebuild together. There is something special about how people come together to help each other after a tragic event like Hurricane Milton. The streets are filled with service trucks from all over the country, first responders are working to ensure everyone's safety, linemen are going around the clock to restore power, medical staff are doing everything they can to care for the sick and injured; everyone is rallied around the same cause. We are so thankful. Thank you to everyone who is doing everything they can to help others, thank you to our team that is working in less-than-ideal situations to provide the best possible customer experience, and thank you for trusting us with your business. Miraculously, our office, which is in the Port of Tampa Bay, is fine and we were able to open this morning to assist you during this challenging time.
