Campaign Setup Governance was the topic at the WFA Virtual Media Forum yesterday - if you'd asked me what that was two years ago I would barely have known, but I've come to realise it's one of the biggest challenges/opportunities for us in client side media teams to really ensure media best practice is being put into practice in our buys. Amazing stories from Katya Zapolnova at Mattel, Inc. and Sameer Amin at Reckitt on how they've taken control of this in their own organisations to ensure brand safety and also drive a real agenda of media productivity.
