I just surpassed the first-year mark at ADI Meetings & Events, and it has been such a fantastic learning experience so far! From Cabo with Terrie Rickard and Zoe Owens, to Punta de Mita with Suzanne Ryan and Tina Maicher, to Austin with Ann d'Eon and Momentum Factor, and to Panama with Dianna Crnkovich and Priscilla Valencia, I have had the privilege of helping plan and execute events in some fantastic locations with some fantastic people! The best part of event planning is that you touch every aspect of hospitality, whether it's attendee management, food and beverage, event technology, and everything in between. This is an industry that continues to make an everlasting impact, and I am so glad to be a part of it with such a wonderful team!

Our team had an incredible time operating and executing an incentive at the beautiful Westin Playa Bonita in Panama for 200 women!! What a remarkable trip for the attendees to learn about the history of the Panama Canal with a VIP experience seeing the ships going through the locks up close. Taking small boats down the canal and stopping at Islands have monkeys jump on and feed them fruit! They also toured the Old Town having the opportunity to really get a feel for Panama and the amazing culture and foods here! My favorita part about our job is rewarding hard working people with incredible once in a lifetime trips. Taking them to special places like Panama where they learn and engage with the culture and history is such a special part of that! A huge thank you to The Westin Playa Bonita and our DMC partners Dynamic DMC for their efforts in assisting us with this incredible program!
