We are hiring Media Investment Associate: Job Description: As the Media Investment Associate, your role involves wearing many hats including activating new campaigns, negotiating direct media buys and optimizations with publishers, managing paid search campaigns, learning and implementing new technologies, analyzing and reporting on performance. Prior experience is not a prerequisite, as the tools/platforms – such as DCM, DBM, DoubleVerify, Adwords/SA360, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and so on – can be learned by reading the documentation and on the job training. This is an onsite job, working out of the Financial District. 5 days a week. 0—5 years experience. New college grads welcome to apply. Intermediate knowledge of at least one programming language, with a public code sample available online at GitHub or similar, is required. This is not a programming job, but you will be expected to learn many technical tools and develop new technical solutions. Intermediate to strong knowledge of Excel for problem-solving and data analysis. You can use any tools that are appropriate to perform these tasks, but for sharing within the team and externally, it will often have to go back to Excel. Knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing client decks and marketing materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work together effectively in a team environment interfacing with clients, partners, and vendors every day. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion with client information. Nice-to-haves Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and web technology problem-solving (CORS, cookies, etc.) Knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of Graphic design tools (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) Day to Day Plan, negotiate and optimize media buys with publishers for direct and programmatic guaranteed execution Weekly management and optimization of paid search campaigns in AdWords/Search Ads 360. Prepare and participate in client update calls; write weekly commentary. Management of custom unit media buys, including newsletters and podcasts.
