    How to Create 90 Days of Content Ideas from One Brainstorming Session We all know the power of consistent, valuable content. It builds trust, establishes authority, and keeps your audience engaged. But coming up with fresh ideas day after day can be exhausting. That's why having a consistent content plan is crucial. Here's How to Create 90 Days of Content Ideas in One Session: First, knowing your ideal client inside and out is the foundation of everything & sets the stage for brainstorming your content. Here's what you need to do: Create a bulleted list of at least 10 answers for each of these questions about your ideal client: - What are their fears? - What are their doubts and insecurities? - What are their tangible problems? - What are their goals and desires? - What are their burning questions? - What are their reasons for inaction? -What are some of their past failures? - What are their limiting beliefs? Don't rush this part. Really dig deep and try to uncover those hidden fears and desires. This is where the gold is & will make creating our content ideas so much easier. Pro Tip: You can use a Tool like ChatGPT or Claude to help you with this brainstorming process! Try asking a prompt like this: PROMPT: My Ideal Client is _____ & my business helps them with ____. What are the 10 biggest fears my ideal client has? Once you have a list for each of the questions, we're going to start coming up with angle ideas we can turn into videos. Here's where it gets interesting. For each of those answers, we're going to come up with 5 different angles: - A personal story - A case study / example - A metaphor or analogy - A thought experiment - A new perspective or insight This is where your creativity can really shine. Don't be afraid to think outside the box! For each video idea, we're going to plan out these five key elements: - Hook: Grab their attention right off the bat - Story: Share a relevant anecdote or case study - Educate: Deliver your main points and value - Summary: Recap the key takeaways - Call to Action: Tell them what to do next This structure ensures that every video or piece of content you create is engaging, valuable, and drives action. Now it's time to bring your ideas to life. You can either batch-record several videos at once or produce the content over time. Either way, the key is to start creating! But now you have more than enough content ideas to last you 90 days or even longer! And this isn't a one-and-done process. Keep coming back to this method to generate fresh ideas and keep your content pipeline full. Once you've mastered this process, you can take it even further and add your own question prompts to the initial list or come up with additional angles.     I've hired hundreds of employees & I've discovered a key shared success trait. Most people think the best employees & remote team members have the highest level of skill or that they are the best culture fits. Both are important, yes, but there's one key trait I've discovered is far more important than all the others when hiring new team members. Coachability Coachability is the secret sauce that separates good hires from great ones. Why? Because in today's fast-paced business world, adaptability is everything. And coachable team members are the most adaptable of all. Here's what I've learned about coachability after hiring hundreds of team members over the last decade for my multi-million dollar marketing business. - Coachable people are growth-oriented. They're not satisfied with the status quo. They're always looking to learn, improve, and push their limits. - They take feedback like a champ. Instead of getting defensive, they see constructive criticism as a golden opportunity to level up. - Coachable team members are humble. They know they don't have all the answers, and they're not afraid to ask for help or admit when they're wrong. - They're action-takers. When given advice or guidance, they don't just nod and smile - they implement it ASAP. - Coachable employees are self-aware. They understand their strengths and weaknesses, and they're always working to improve. Now, here's the kicker: You can teach skills, but you can't teach attitude. A coachable person with average skills will often outperform a highly skilled but uncoachable one in the long run. So, how do you spot coachability in the hiring process? - Ask about a time they received tough feedback and how they handled it Give them a small task during the interview and see how they respond to guidance - Look for candidates who ask thoughtful questions and show genuine curiosity Remember, the best hires aren't always the ones who seem perfect on paper. - They're the ones who are hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to evolve with your business.     What if you could never Fail again? That was my opening line when I spoke in front of 1,200+ Impact Driven Entrepreneurs at the Archangel Summit over the weekend. It seems like a crazy question — but it’s possible if you change your definition of what failure really is. You see many people see mistakes, not achieving goals, or setbacks as failures. But what if I told you there’s a different mentality that all the greatest Entrepreneurs share that causes them to never truly fail again… I call it “The Entrepreneurs Mindset” And it’s simple — every Action results in a “Win” or a “Learning Lesson” Changing your story about mistakes or setbacks & seeing them as Learning Lessons — looking for what you can learn from why that outcome occurred. That way you can learn from those mistakes, recalibrate & succeed next time! When you do this you never truly fail. You see I’d argue that there are only 2 true failures: -The Failure of Giving Up on your Goals / Dreams -The Failure to Learn from your Mistakes ^ And for both of these YOU are in Complete Control - you decide if you Fail or Learn You see Mistakes, Setbacks, Missed Opportunities — all of these things will happen to everyone. The only difference is whether you see it as a failure and let it take you out of the game — or if you’ll learn from it & take that lesson into the next round. When you operate this way success long-term is inevitable because every action brings you closer to success! You Win - Great stack those up! You Learn - Great, take that lesson & adapt! Either way you Win or you Learn (which is a Win) And when you change your story about mistakes and setbacks — and see them as learning lessons & building blocks on the road to success — you never truly fail again. You Win or Learn! 💯 I was so grateful to have had the opportunity to share this with so many incredible Impact Driven Entrepreneurs over the last few days in Toronto — so I wanted to share this lesson with you as well! 😁

    True Leadership isn’t telling your team what to do, it’s teaching them to Think. I’ve had hundreds of people work at my companies over the past 8 years & one universal truth I’ve learned is the importance of teaching your team to think & make decisions for themselves. A common misconception is that to lead someone, you need to tell them what to do — but that’s not true leadership. That’s just management - and it’s a linear process. - You tell someone one thing, they do it. - You tell them another thing, they do that. - They ask you what to do when they face a challenge. - If they have an idea, they hold it back or reluctantly ask you if they should do it. This is a linear approach & it doesn’t actually empower your team. It actually creates bottlenecks that limit growth. What should you do instead? Teach your team how to THINK Instead of telling your team what to do, teach your team how you think & encourage them to think for themselves. - Teach your team how to think for themselves to solve problems & innovate new ideas. - Your team solves problems by themselves as they pop up with minimal help. - Your team innovates new ideas - When you need to be involved, it’s your team bringing ideas to you (not the other way around) - Your team encourages other team members to Think as well — raising the whole organization There’s a multiplication effect! This is especially important if you’re an Entrepreneur or CEO who’s cultivating other leaders with their own teams. Do you teach your team to think?

    Today in Business, Trust is Everything - But how do you gain Trust with people you may never meet in person? Video 🎥 It’s the quickest way to establish a feeling of “Know, Like & Trust” with your audience outside of speaking at an event or meeting them in person (which isn’t scalable) There’s something special about your audience seeing your face, hearing your voice & having the opportunity to learn from you while seeing the way you teach. In a world where text can be written by AI, images paint only a partial picture & trust has been eroded over time… your audience is craving Authenticity. And the best way to do that is to be yourself on video & share your unique expertise! I fell in love with the power of video when I got my first video camera at 9 years old - in fact, I even thought I wanted to be a movie director when I grew up. 15 years ago, I got my start in business by posting simple YouTube video tutorials teaching people how to use their iPhones for the first time — as millions of people started watching those videos & the comments came in about how I had helped them, I saw the power of video for myself. 8 years ago, when I discovered the world of Coaching & Consulting businesses, while everyone was seemingly focused on Facebook Image Ads, I found that Video Ads on YouTube connected deeper with ideal clients & therefore generated better results. And today, I see the importance of video more than ever before in truly connecting deeper with your ideal clients & audience. You’ve probably noticed that over the last couple of years, trust has started to erode in the market, with everyone seeming to promise bigger & bigger things, new shiny objects, and increased competition — paired with tighter monetary policy. It’s not enough just to slap together a simple ad & print money. ^^ And the people still operating on this principle are either struggling now or are in for a rude awakening. But the good news for you is that there’s an easy fix. Authentic Video Video Ads & Video Content — that speak directly to your ideal client & develop a Know, Like & Trust factor directly with them. Where they can see who you really are & that you’re here to help them solve their problem. Developing TRUST. Now, that doesn’t mean you can’t do text posts, image posts, emails, etc. (in fact, I know that this is technically a written post — although a similar message to one I consistently give on video) But Video should be a key part of your holistic strategy - from video ads to video content. Video gives you the opportunity to Meet You without really Meeting You. Have you ever binged someones content & then met them in person & felt like you truly knew them? Exactly. That’s the power of video — and it’s second only to truly meeting that person in person. So if you’re looking to grow your Impact — Video is the key to building the Trust you need to make the difference you’re here to make!
