The US Army requires lightweight, low-profile transportation to navigate a variety of aquatic environments. Army leadership tasked U.S. Army TACOM LCMC to identify a cost-effective family of inflatable boats and motors (FOBAM) capable of fulfilling mission requirements. ADS worked with TACOM LCMC to create a cost-effective procurement and supply chain solution for fielding and long-term sustainment needs. We implemented processes to monitor the supply chain, ensure timely delivery, and verify U.S. manufacturing compliance. Additionally, we developed a training video to educate personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of FOBAM components. The ADS team hosted a fun-filled Trick or Treat event with The Eliza Hope Foundation, a non-profit focused on supporting children with developmental challenges through personalized care and resources. Thank you to the Virginia Beach Fire Department for bringing one of their trucks and giving the kids an unforgettable experience!

ADS is proud to offer the first and only female trauma care simulator to have been accredited by the US Army through our supplier, Operative Experience, Inc. U.S. military research revealed that during operations in the Middle East, female soldiers had a 17% survivability rate from abdominal and chest wounds, compared to 35.9% for men. Before the Prolonged Casualty Care Simulator (PCCS) Pro Female, medical training relied solely on male mannequins, leading to hesitation and a lack of preparedness when addressing fatal injuries in women during missions. The PCCS Pro Female is designed with anatomical accuracy to resemble a female service member. In addition to realistic height and weight, it integrates crucial physiological factors like blood volume, helping to reduce casualties in the field by providing more effective training.
