What has most significantly influenced your success? “Betting on yourself and embracing hard work, while remembering the power of a “TEAM”. Communication and trust amplify success, together. Because of this, I have achieved more than I ever could alone by having others to help hold each other accountable. That has been key in my journey.” What does Advance2000’s mission mean to you? “Our mission is to be the trusted partner that empowers clients to make well-informed decisions, enhancing their business outcomes while minimizing risks.” What is your favorite sports team? “That’s tough. I love all of our city’s teams! I will always root for the UC Bearcats, FC Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals.” What is your favorite food? “My absolute favorite food is chicken wings. Being from Cincinnati, I think we have some good wing joints. This week for our "Meet the Team Tuesday", we are excited to introduce our incredible Trocaire Help Desk Team Lead, Don Greyson. How long have you been with Advance2000? “I’ve been at A2K since June of 2021 working at the Trocaire Help Desk.” What is a fun fact about you that might surprise people? ”My first computer was a Coleco Adam learning computer, followed by an IBM PC too from 1981.” What is your favorite sports team? “Buffalo Bills!!! LET’S GO BUFFALO!” What is your favorite fall activity? “Anything spooky related. I’ve been working, building, scaring in and laughing in haunted attractions since I was 17. I even build one every year (since 2020) for our family in our garage. It’s a fun time to build and decorate with my family and share with our neighborhood. Want to come enjoy? Message me and I’ll happily pass along our address and day/hours of operation. What’s your favorite part about your job? “Connecting with my customers, building strong relationships and growing partnerships. My role with Advance2000 allows me to work close with Engineers, Accounting, Solution Experts and many more. This in the end equips me with the tools to help my customers greatly.” What is your dream destination or favorite place you’ve traveled to? “I don’t really have a dream destination, but I love to travel to places I have never been. Especially places that are culturally diverse and geographically interesting and different. This week for our "Meet the Team Tuesday", we are excited to introduce our incredible Project Management Lead, Sheila Saint. What has been your biggest accomplishment on our team? “Becoming the Team Lead for our Project Management team. I started with Advance2000 in 2017 as one of the Service Coordinators and became involved in different aspects of the service side of the business. Becoming a Team Lead has given me the opportunity to really develop my managing skills and to learn the operations side of the company. I truly enjoy working with my team and our customers. I also have a great mentor (Charles Harrington) that has helped me step into this role with confidence and is helping hone my skills.” What is a fun fact about you that might surprise people? “When I am not out doing car shows and cruising with my 1967 Chevelle Malibu, I like to crochet. Opposite type of hobbies, I know :) Both my grandmothers, a few aunts, and my mom all crocheted, and it is a skill/tradition that was handed down to the girls of the families. I have also been working on my fear of heights. I have been zip lining, and the last adventure, in Lake Placid NY, had me taking a “leap of faith” and repelling off a platform. Twice.
