AI Device Cooling by Compact Air Cooler Fan-assisted dualFLOW coolers control temperatures on hot components where surrounding airflow is restricted. Lightweight dualFLOW coolers pull air in from two directions, running it through a dense field of heat-spreading metal fins. Heated air expels away from the component. dualFLOW coolers are used in warm-running industrial, telecom, and medical devices. They provide cooling for AI chips and others by Intel, AMD and Nvidia. Active Heat Sinks Cool AI Chips in 2U Chassis ARGUS heat sinks feature an integrated blower specifically designed to fit popular Intel LGA2011 square and LGA2066 (Socket R) sockets. Argus coolers also cool AI chips and GPUs, AI processors, and FPGAs. Just 64 mm in height, the coolers fit inside dense 2U chassis configurations to provide a thermal transfer rate of 0.14°C/W, nearly the same performance as from liquid cooling, but with the benefits and safety of using air. Instrument Characterizes Cold Plates Coolant The iFLOW-200 is used to characterize cold plates, helping ensure they provide their best performance. The instrument measures a coolant’s flow rate and pressure, along with its temperature at the plate’s fluid inlet and outlet locations. The iFLOW-200 also measures a plate’s surface temperature. Collected data allow the right settings to be made to optimize cold plate performance. Questions? Email us: ats-hq@qats.com #Coldplates https://lnkd.in/eYVaC9m
