As we celebrate National Disability Independence Day on July 26, Advanced Group reaffirms our commitment to fostering an inclusive and accessible workplace for all. This year marks the 34th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), signed into law by President George H.W. Bush on July 26, 1990. The ADA protects people with disabilities from employment discrimination and enhances access to goods, services, and communications. Please view the attached graphic to see the wide range of disabilities celebrated. Understanding these various disabilities helps promote a more inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.
