Kuwait is calling for Expeditionary Civilian (EC) volunteers to deploy to fill 30+ opportunities, available on an ongoing, rolling basis. The following Series are currently needed: 0017, 0018, 0089, 0301, 0343, 0346, 0510, 0560, 0603, 0801, 0802, 0896, 1102, 1640, 1740, 1910, 2001, 2010, 2130, 2210 and 6501. Most are graded GS-11/12/13 (+/- one grade typically permitted) and require a secret clearance (interim acceptable in many cases). All offer a 15% post differential. AECW has two opportunities for safety specialists in Romania: one is for an Explosives Safety Specialist, Series 0017, GS-12/13, and the other is for a Safety and Occupational Health Management Specialist (Ammo), Series 0018, GS-11/12/13. Grades are flexible and can be filled by volunteers either one grade lower or higher. Tour lengths vary but are typically six, nine or 11 months.
